So this is where I'm finally headed, and today is about to be my last full day in America for the next 3.5 months. During that time I get to study abroad in Sesto Fiorentino, which is about six miles outside of Florence, Italy. I honestly can say I'm unbelievably excited, anxious, and ready to get up on out of here. I found a couple pictures of the villa that I'll be living in this semester and will be taking classes at as well. It's pretty ridiculous that they nicest place I'll ever live in will be when I'm only 20, but I'll take it.
Things I'm excited for: 1) Living in a villa and an entirely different country/culture for a long period of time. 2) Meeting a lot of new people. 3) Traveling across Italy and Europe. 4) All the flights, airports, etc. I'm all about airports. 5) Getting big into wine.
Things I'm not excited for: 1) Leaving friends, family, and Steph for 3.5 months. 2) Missing college football season, namely Badger gamedays. 3) Not much else
I'll end off with two quick pictures of the Villa I'm staying at. I'll throw some more up here once I actually get there and take pictures and all. Things should definitely be more interesting to read on here once I actually get there, but I figured I'd get something up before I left.
Just a little preview of where I'll be staying this fall, Villa Corsi Salviati
